Simon Blythe is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in change management and transformation. Currently serving as the Global Head Coach for FDM Group, Simon leads an accredited business consultant training program aimed at graduates and ex-forces talent. Prior roles include Chairman at Lightning Syndicate and Managing Director at SGB Management Consultants Ltd. With significant contributions to the Welsh Government as a Strategy Consultant and Programme Manager, Simon has implemented several impactful initiatives across various organizations, including Surrey Police and Thames Valley Police, focusing on governance, process optimization, and operational risk management. Simon holds a foundational education from Buckingham College Harrow.
