Sales Director - Asia region at FE Technologies

TG Ler has over 25 years of work experience in various sales and management roles. Starting in 1991, Ler worked as an Equipment Engineer at Texas Instruments. In 1992, they moved on to Meto International GmbH as a Production Planning Engineer, responsible for production planning, control, store, shipping, and purchasing. From 1995 to 1996, Ler served as a Production Manager at Products Manufacturing S/B. In 1996, they became the Operation Manager at VTC Plastics Sdn Bhd.

Moving forward, Ler joined checkpoint systems in 2003 as a Regional Sales and Marketing Manager for RFID ILS. TG then worked at Singapore Communications Equipment Co Pte Ltd from 2007 to 2013, where they started as a Regional Sales Manager and later became the Regional Sales Director. In 2013, Ler became a Sales Director at Invengo Technology Pte Ltd, which serves as the International Headquarters of Invengo Information Technology Co. Ltd.

Ler's most recent position is Sales Director - Asia region at FE Technologies, starting in 2015. FE Technologies is a leading supplier of library RFID products in Australasia, and Ler oversees sales and marketing, technical support, and customer service. Throughout their career, Ler has gained extensive experience in sales, management, and expertise in RFID technology.

TG Ler has a diverse educational background. They first attended Charles Sturt University from 1999 to 2001, where they pursued an MBA in Business Administration. Following that, from 1986 to 1991, TG Ler studied at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and earned a B.Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, TG Ler has acquired several certifications. In April 2021, they obtained a certification in E-commerce campaign management from NTUC LearningHub and another in ICDL Digital Marketing from ICDL Asia. Earlier in February 2021, TG Ler completed certifications in content development and strategy as well as creative storytelling from First Media Design School. Their pursuit of professional development continued in August 2019 with a certification in Solution Selling from LinkedIn and in May 2019 with a certification in Managing Your Sales Process, also from LinkedIn. Finally, in December 2017, TG Ler achieved a professional diploma in leadership and people management from Training Vision Institute Pte Ltd.
