Joe — aka “Joe in the forest” — is a 45-year veteran of the lumber, panel and building materials industry. He has an extensive background in the purchasing and transportation of lumber, plywood, OSB and treated wood products.

Joe has been writing a weekly lumber and panel report, “Notes from the Forest,” since 1987.
