Jerry, known to many as “what’s his face” and Jan have been an active force in the community and in the re-emerging Real Estate market with a company that’s both personal and responsive to the evolving needs of their clients. As Jerry put it, “As our client’s real estate needs change, our team has evolved to accommodate those changes.”

Jerry Feagley started his Real Estate career as a licensee in 1966, starting with the Locators Real Estate firm. After becoming a Real Estate Broker in 1972, he opened his first office in Point Richmond in 1974.

As a Real Estate developer he spearheaded his first residential property development in 1976 and went on to be involved with the building of over 300 residential and commercial properties in the West Contra Costa County area. Additionally, he has served for 5 years as a broker agent for Security Pacific in the Top 10% of agents countywide.

Keeping true to his entrepreneurial spirit, he and a team of investors founded the state chartered Alvarado Bank in San Pablo  in 1983.

Jerry and Jan opened Feagley Management Investment, Inc. (FMI) Real Estate in Point Richmond in 1994. Between 1997-2001 it was the highest producing 2 person office in Contra Costa for 4 years. FMI offers Senior Services specializing in evaluating options, risk assessments, trust and estates. FMI Inc. is considered to be the local Short Sales experts. Jan Feagley is a Broker Associate and property management professional. Jan got involved in Real Estate in the early 70’s. She started managing property in 1976 and became a Certified Property Manager in 1983. She specializes in the management of residential and commercial rental properties, multi units and apartment complexes. Jan has been involved in as many as 13 condominium homeowner associations (HOA’s) as well as being a Notary Public since 1995.

Jan was first a licensed Real Estate agent in 1974. She has been a Real Estate Brokers Associate and Partner of Feagley Management Investment since 1980. In the office she trains staff, oversees all contracts for Real Estate sales, leases and transfers for commercial and residential properties. Her knowledge base for all things Real Estate is key to the continued growth of Feagley’s agents and staff. Jan’s integrity, uncompromising work ethic and no nonsense business approach are key ingredients in the success of Feagley Realtors and FMI Inc.
