Tuomas Maljanen

Tuomas Maljanen is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director in LNG & New Energy APAC at Fearnleys since November 2014, with a focus as an LNG Shipbroker. Prior experience includes a role as Team Leader at Samsung Electronics from October 2012 to January 2014 and Vice Project Manager for the Aalto-University Product Development Project, Wisionary, at Wärtsilä. Tuomas also completed a trainee position with the Finnish Air Force, analyzing and optimizing aircraft maintenance programs. Additional roles include Product Specialist at Samsung Electronics and Consultant Trainee at Tredea Oy, where in-depth studies on regional flight connections were conducted. Tuomas has pursued higher education at Aalto University, working towards a Master's Degree in Transportation Management and holding a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Previous education includes attendance at the National University of Singapore and completion of high school at Tampere Classical High School.
