Why put food at the centre?

Most of our lasting memories as individuals are created at events involving food. Whether that be your Christmas dinner. a wedding breakfast or a birthday celebrations, as humans food makes us happy.

We use the sense of contentment and togetherness, which food creates as the driving force behind our narratives and experiences.
