Amy Tu

Amy Tu has extensive experience in legal and compliance roles across multiple industries. Beginning as a financial analyst at Merrill Lynch, Tu later served as an international counsel at Walmart and Gap Inc., advising on international trade and corporate transactions. Amy held significant positions at Boeing, including Chief Counsel for Commercial Airplanes and Group President for Tyson Foods, before becoming the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer for Target Corporation. Currently, Tu is a board member at Feastables. Academically, Amy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Wellesley College, an Accounting and Finance degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management, a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
