Reed Duchscher is the founding CEO of Night, a pioneering talent management company they launched in 2015 from their bedroom, now with offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Austin. Under Reed's leadership, Night has expanded to include various verticals such as talent management and a venture incubator. Reed serves on the boards of Feastables and BloxSnacks and is a co-founder of Feastables. They have been recognized by Hollywood Reporter as one of the "35 Under 35" and by Fast Company as one of the "Top 5 Most Powerful Creator Economy Executives." Currently, Reed is pursuing a Master's Degree at Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus while also studying at North Dakota State University.
