Benjamin Guzman

Benjamin Guzman has a diverse work experience in various fields. Benjamin began their career in 2004 as a Pottery Teacher at Orlando Pottery Studio, where they led the Cultural Art Outreach program, taught classes, and coordinated with city centers for class scheduling. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as an English Teacher at Wharton Masters, creating lesson plans and gaining valuable life experience by living and traveling in another country. In 2014, Benjamin became a Manager at Gator Beverage, and in 2015, they transitioned to First Magnitude Brewing Co., LLC, where they held multiple roles including Assistant Taproom Manager, Event Coordinator, and Outside Sales Representative. During their time at First Magnitude, they focused on building a culture of customer service, managing events, and implementing sales strategies. Most recently, since 2020, Benjamin has been working at Feathr as a Sales Operations & Revenue Operations Coordinator and currently as a Sales Development Operations Manager.

Benjamin Guzman attended the University of Central Florida from 2004 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in English with a focus on Creative Writing. Additionally, they obtained a SalesLoft Administrator Certification in December 2021 from Salesloft.
