Senior Digital Campaign Manager at Feathr

Nadia Schmaler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2016, they worked as a Customer Service Associate at Wawa, Inc., where they specialized in food production and customer service. Nadia then served as a Poll Worker for the Sarasota County Supervisor of Elections in 2016.

In 2017, Nadia worked as a Copy Editor for Elektraphrog Literary Magazine, where they voted on and edited prose and poetry submissions.

From 2018 to 2019, they were a Social Media Contributor for The Black Sheep, a college media and marketing company. Their responsibilities included creating engaging content for various social media platforms.

Nadia also interned at Working Food as an Outreach Intern in 2019, where they assisted with community outreach initiatives.

In 2020, they worked as a Campus Ambassador for The Black Sheep, promoting client companies like goPuff and local apartment complexes. Nadia also served as a Campaign Manager - Youth for Jacqueline Moore for North Port City Commission District 2, where they created campaign materials and conducted a focus group of local teenagers.

In 2021, Nadia worked as a Summer Intern at Northarc Media.

Their most recent work experience includes positions at Feathr starting in 2022. Nadia started as a Jr. Campaign Manager, then progressed to the role of Digital Campaign Manager before ultimately becoming a Senior Digital Campaign Manager in January 2023.

Nadia Schmaler obtained their Associate of Arts degree from the State College of Florida-Manatee-Sarasota between 2015 and 2017. Nadia then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations at the University of Florida from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained various certifications including "Mastering Self-Motivation" from LinkedIn in September 2020, "Hootsuite Platform Certification" from Hootsuite Platform Certification in February 2020, "Mobile Marketing: Creating a Strategy" from LinkedIn in February 2020, and "Google Analytics for Beginners" from Google Analytics for Business in January 2020.
