Kord Campbell

Kord Campbell has a rich work history that spans several years and various roles in the technology industry. Kord is currently working as the Chief Community Officer at FeatureBase, where they focus on growing developer-centric interest for the FeatureBase community. FeatureBase is an analytics engine designed for big data and AI-centric "model exhaust" applications.

Previously, Kord founded Mitta AI in 2019 and served as its Founder. Mitta AI is a document and webpage indexing service that exposes neural search to LLM models such as ChatGPT and Bard. It enables various models to engage in discussions based on a user's document set.

Before Mitta AI, Kord worked as a Marketing Strategy Consultant under their own company, providing developer advocacy and development consulting services to search, machine learning, and cloud-based technology companies. Some notable clients included Rackspace, Giantswarm, and Lucidworks.

In 2012, Kord joined Rackspace Technology as an OpenStack Developer Advocate, where they promoted the use of OpenStack technology. Prior to that, they founded and served as CEO of Loggly from 2009 to 2012, a company focused on log analysis and management. Kord also held the position of Director of Developer Marketing at Splunk from 2007 to 2009.

Earlier in their career, Kord served as Director at LookSmart in 2004 and founded Grub, Inc. in 2000, a company that developed an open-source distributed web crawler. Grub, Inc. was later acquired by LookSmart in 2004.
