Rudina Seseri

Rudina Seseri has a diverse range of work experience. Rudina is the Founder and Managing Partner of Glasswing Ventures since 2016. Prior to that, they served as an Executive Fellow and Venture Partner at Harvard Business School from 2013 to 2022. Rudina has also held various positions as a Director on the Board of Directors for companies such as CHAOSSEARCH, Verusen, Inrupt, FeatureByte, Basetwo AI, Beacon, Reprise, and Seva. Each of these roles has allowed Rudina Seseri to contribute their expertise in areas such as data management, AI-powered solutions, platform development, and digital supply chains.

Rudina Seseri pursued their education at Wellesley College from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations. Showing academic excellence, they graduated Magna Cum Laude and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Building upon their undergraduate studies, Rudina pursued further education at Harvard Business School from 2003 to 2005, earning a Master's in Business Administration (MBA).
