Sen Bong Gee

Sen Bong Gee has extensive work experience in the field of machine learning and data science. From 2022 to the present, they have been working as a Senior Machine Learning Engineer at FeatureByte. Prior to that, they worked at DataRobot from 2018 to 2022, where they held roles as both a Senior Machine Learning Engineer and a Data Scientist.

Before joining the industry, Sen Bong Gee worked at Rolls-Royce as a Computational Engineering Technologist from 2016 to 2018. In 2016, they also worked at HonestBee as a Data Scientist, where they developed predictive analytics solutions, provided data visualization for business intelligence, and performed customer analytics tasks.

Sen Bong Gee's career began in academia, as they worked as a PhD Student at the National University of Singapore from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they assisted students in various modules, including Programming for Computer Interface, Introduction to Fuzzy Logic & Neural Network, and Engineering Mathematics.

Prior to their PhD studies, Sen Bong Gee worked as a Process Integration Engineer at System on Silicon Manufacturing Co. in 2011, where they maintained process stability, identified process excursions, and designed experiments to address product reliability issues.

Sen Bong Gee earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the National University of Singapore, which they completed in 2011. Sen Bong then pursued further education at the same institution and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Evolutionary Multi-objective Optimization in Static and Dynamic Environments, completing their studies in 2016.
