Xavier Conort

Xavier Conort has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Xavier is currently working as the Co-Founder of FeatureByte, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to that, from September 2019 to December 2021, Xavier was the Founder of Data Mapping and Engineering.

From 2013 to 2020, Xavier worked at DataRobot, where they held the role of Chief Data Scientist. Simultaneously, in 2013, they also worked as a Principal Research Engineer at the Institute for Infocomm Research.

Before their stint at DataRobot, Xavier founded Gear Analytics in May 2011 and worked there until January 2013.

In 2010, Xavier served as the Secretary General & Risk Manager at AXA Insurance Singapore. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2007, they held the position of Chief Actuary & Finance Director at Sino French Life Insurance (CNP Group).

Xavier has also worked as a Senior Actuary at Caixa Seguros (CNP Group) from December 2005 to March 2006.

Xavier'sprofessional journey began in 1999 at CNP Assurances, where they started as an Actuary and later became the Deputy Head of CNP's Budget and Planning Department from April 2002 to November 2005.

Xavier Conort completed their Master's degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science from ENSAE Paris between 1993 and 1996. In the same period, they also pursued another Master's degree in Statistics and Stochastic Models in Economics and Finance from Université Paris Cité.
