Cristina Soviany

Cristina Soviany is the founder and CEO of Features Analytics, a company that develops AI-driven surveillance solutions for financial institutions. Prior to this, they were the founder and CEO of IDES Technologies. Cristina has also worked as a senior researcher at Advanced Medical Diagnostics, a research scientist at Philips, and a PhD researcher at Delft University of Technology. Cristina started their career as a teaching and research assistant at University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest and as a research engineer at IPA.

Cristina Soviany holds a PhD in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology, completed between 1998 and 2002. Prior to that, they obtained an MSc in Computer Science from University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 1986 to 1991. Cristina'seducation began at Gheorghe Lazar National College, where they obtained a Baccalaureat in Mathematics and Physics between 1982 and 1986.
