Marco Barsacchi

Marco Barsacchi is a Principal Data Scientist at Featurespace, where they focus on developing innovative techniques for detecting fraud in financial transactions. Marco earned a PhD in Smart Computing from the University of Florence and completed a visiting PhD stint at the University of Cambridge in 2018. Prior to their current role, they held a research scholarship at the University of Pisa and possess dual degrees in Biomedical Engineering. With expertise in machine learning and deep learning, Marco is proficient in programming languages such as Python, Scala, and Java, as well as deep learning frameworks.
