Roger Lester

Roger Lester is the Global Head of SMEs at Featurespace, a leading provider of Adaptive Behavioural Analytics technology for fraud and risk management. Previously, they served as Senior Manager of Chargebacks and Retrievals at First Data International from 2013 to 2015 and held multiple positions at Lloyds Bank from 1985 to 1998, ultimately becoming the Senior Manager of Fraud Recovery. Roger also worked as Manager of Chargebacks and Retrievals at First Data Corporation from 1998 to 2010, focusing on enhancing client relationships and process improvements. In their current role, they support future development and maintain customer relationships to showcase the extensive benefits of Featurespace’s ARIC™ platform.
