Sarra Ktiti

Sarra Ktiti is an experienced Implementation Engineer at Featurespace since September 2019, specializing in the deployment and configuration of the ARIC platform and integrating customer data sources. Prior to this role, Sarra worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Darktrace, contributing to the development of an Enterprise Immune System platform. Sarra's earlier experience includes serving as an HP Ambassador and Fleet Management Engineer at HP, focusing on employee engagement and maintaining printer fleet performance. Sarra's technical background is further enhanced by roles at the University of Passau, IEEE ENET'Com Student Branch, and as an intern at ESCOM SA and Tunisie Télécom. Sarra holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the National Engineering School of Electronics and Telecommunications Tunisia.
