With previous experience as a Senior Implementation Engineer, Implementation Specialist, Software Support Analyst, and First Line Support at ION Trading, Will has cultivated a robust skill set in technical support, deployment, and customer engagement. Will holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2009.
