Fernando Magno is an Associate Partner at BTG Pactual within the Legal Department, specializing in dispute resolution. With over twenty years of experience in both private practice and in-house counsel roles, Fernando has a solid international background and focuses on complex commercial and corporate litigations as well as distressed asset investments. They hold professional licenses from the Brazilian Bar and the New York State Bar and have been involved in high-profile cases throughout their career, including significant roles in M&A transactions and arbitration proceedings. Fernando has also pursued advanced studies, including an LL.M in Corporation Law from New York University School of Law and is currently participating in the BTG Pactual Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.
