Anthony Payne

Anthony Payne is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Commercial Director at Far East Consortium UK, where responsibilities include leading the largest regeneration project in the North of England, aiming to develop 15,000 new homes in Manchester's Victoria North neighborhood. Prior to this role, Anthony was the Head of Commercial at Vita Group, managing the design and delivery of over 1000 residential units and high-end student accommodations across the UK. Earlier experience also includes serving as an Associate at both Arcadis, following its acquisition of Christal Management, and at Christal Management itself. Anthony holds a BSc (Hons) in Pure Mathematics from The University of Sheffield and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
