Ilias Spanakis is a highly experienced architect currently serving as Senior Design Manager at Far East Consortium UK since February 2022. Previously, Spanakis worked as Lead Architect at shedkm and as Senior Architect at ColladoCollins, where a notable achievement includes leading design and coordination for a 42-storey Build-to-Rent scheme in Ilford, the tallest brick-clad building with planning permission in the UK. Spanakis's extensive experience spans various roles, including Project Architect at PLP Architecture, focusing on high-profile projects such as a co-living residential tower in Stratford and the Cleveland Clinic hospital in Europe.
