Innovations such as the Internet of Things (IoT) and Industry 4.0 are revolutionary changing technology sectors.

FEDAcademie, a Netherlands based non-profit foundation, was established to ensure these industries increase their innovative pace. In the same time, there will be an increase in demand for employees who hold new qualifications and skillsets. In order to adapt to Industry 4.0, people need to be equiped with innovative capabilities and life-long learning.

To ensure professional training and adult education match the changing demand due to Industry 4.0 developments, FEDAcademie acts as an intermediary - taking care of educational initiatives.
