Arifa Bashir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in psychology and social work. Currently serving as a psychologist at CAW groep and a social worker at Fedasil since January 2022, Arifa also founded Afghan Tips, a Belgian-Afghan cultural organization that supports the Afghan community in Belgium. Prior experience includes co-founding Lomritob, an online publishing platform focused on social, political, and cultural issues for the Pashto-speaking community, and working as a radio producer and program writer at BBC. Arifa holds multiple certificates in Dutch/Flemish Language and Literature, an Assistant Calculator certificate, and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Kabul Engineering.
