Thalia K. currently serves as the Head of Operational Strategy at Fedasil, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Thalia was a Resource Manager in Operational Strategy and an HR Business Partner at Brussels Airlines from June 2022 to August 2023, focusing on the Commercial & International departments. Thalia has significant experience in HR development, having worked as an HR Development Manager for Médecins Sans Frontières in various international locations, and as a Talent & Learning Partner at AXA, where the emphasis was on talent development and digitalization. Additional previous experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner at globegarden and an Organizational Development Specialist intern at Universidad de Cuenca. Thalia holds a Master of Science in Work, Personnel & Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from KU Leuven, complemented by study in Psychology at the University of Valencia and a high school diploma from Koninklijk Atheneum Halle.
