Walter De Schepper has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Walter began their career in 1988 as a Consultant and Senior Consultant at Plant Location International, where they handled over 100 location, relocation, and closure assignments, contributing to a significant amount of Foreign Direct Investment.

In 1994, Walter became a Freelance Management Consultant at Neybergh Consulting, specializing in supply chain and logistics management. Over the course of more than 25 years, they focused on consolidating transport flows, optimizing warehousing, and introducing lean management techniques.

From 1999 to 2000, they worked as a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co., followed by a position as a Senior Consultant (Freelance) at Buck Consultants International from 2010 to 2012.

In 2012, Walter joined Erasmushogeschool Brussel as Head of Finance & Administration/Finance Manager at Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel. During their tenure, they led a team of 15 staff members, managed budgets, implemented cost-cutting measures, and spearheaded the financial restructuring of an association without lucrative purpose.

In 2016, they took on the role of Treasurer and Member of the Executive Committee at the International Society for Contemporary Music. Walter was responsible for preparing annual accounts and overseeing day-to-day financial management.

Most recently, Walter worked as a Data Analyst at Fedasil starting in 2019. Walter'sresponsibilities included analyzing operational data, generating management reports, and developing a company-wide data model.

Throughout their career, Walter De Schepper has demonstrated a strong ability to manage finances, lead teams, implement process improvements, and contribute to the growth and success of various organizations.

Walter De Schepper completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, spanning from 1983 to 1987. In 2003 to 2004, they pursued a CPIM degree from APICS. Recently, from 2017 to 2019, Walter acquired a certificate in Real Estate Brokerage from SYNTRA Brussel.
