Brian Bell

Brian Bell has extensive work experience in the field of employment and social services. Brian most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer for Fedcap since 2019. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Employment Related Services Association (ERSA), including Chairperson from 2017-2020, and Board Member from 2013-2017. Brian also worked at Working Links, where they served as Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, Interim Chief Executive Officer, Commercial Director, and Executive Director between 2000 and 2018. Brian's career began at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in 1980, where they held various positions such as New Deal Manager, Policy Officer with secondments to the World Bank in the Slovak Republic, and Frontline Unemployment Benefit/Jobcentre Adviser.

Brian Bell earned a postgraduate diploma in Management Studies (D.M.S.) specializing in Public Policy from Northumbria University between 1991 and 1993. Brian later obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Northumbria University from 1994 to 1998.
