Dean Tams

Dean Tams has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dean started their career in 2005 as an Area Manager at Nacro and later became a Business Development Manager, securing new business and managing the implementation of business growth targets. In 2012, they founded Tams Consultancy Ltd, where they worked as a Director and Lead Consultant for various clients, including Victim Support and Working Links. Dean also worked as a Partner at Adaptus Cares Limited, providing health and social care services. In 2013, they joined Adaptus Consulting LLP as a Partner, offering practical advice to organizations across different sectors. In 2019, they worked on specific projects, such as supporting Forward Trust in implementing probation delivery partner contracts and assisting Correct Care Australasia in successfully bidding for prison healthcare contracts. Most recently, they joined Fedcap in 2020 as an Associate European Implementation Director, overseeing the implementation of a multi-million-pound contract and leading the design and development of partnership and financial models.

Dean Tams attended Nottingham Trent University from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Science and Business.
