Leanne Sollis has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Fedcap since February 2019 and previously in the same role at Working Links from October 2004 to February 2019. Leanne oversees Pan Wales performance delivery across Employability contracts, leading and developing a team of managers to enhance their capabilities and meet targets. Key responsibilities include developing monitoring systems and key performance indicators for continuous improvement, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies related to health and safety, safeguarding, and data security. Leanne holds a BA in English Literature and Criminology from the University of Glamorgan, completed between 1998 and 2000.
