Devlan Maxwell

Devlan Maxwell has extensive experience in electronics engineering and management within the aviation sector. They began their career as an Electronics Engineer at MACA from 1997 to 2001, specializing in Surface Surveillance Systems. Devlan then joined the FAA, where they held various roles, including Manager of the Systems Engineering/Surface Surveillance Team, before becoming a Technical Advisor and Group Manager for Surveillance Services at the Federal Aviation Administration from 2019 to 2024. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering Technology at Oklahoma State University.
