Alan Ramos has substantial experience in manufacturing engineering and supervision. Currently employed at Federal Electronics since April 2017, Alan focuses on continuous improvement processes and the manufacturing of harnesses. Previously, Alan served as a Supervisor at Ag Mart Produce, ensuring quality control for cherry tomatoes and overseeing a team of 30 individuals. Prior to that, Alan worked at St. Clair Technologies, Inc. as a manufacturing engineer, where responsibilities included process enhancement and documentation for production. Alan's career began at SGS as a Supervisor de minerales, managing shipping operations and mineral sampling. Alan holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the Institute of Technology of Sonora, earned between 2007 and 2012.
