David Mortimer

David Mortimer has had a diverse work experience. David started their career at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty in 1989, where they held various management positions until 1995. David then joined Siemens as a Project Manager in 1999, where they managed cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of projects until 2007. At Harris Corporation, David worked as a Project Manager from 2007 to 2014, where they directed all phases of projects and introduced new technologies. David then returned to Siemens as a Senior Technical Project Manager from 2015 to 2018. Currently, David is working as a Senior Consultant at Federal Engineering, Inc.

David Mortimer's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Syracuse University - Martin J. Whitman School of Management. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University.

In addition to their formal education, David Mortimer has obtained several certifications. David is an Emergency Number Professional (ENP) certified by the National Emergency Number Association. David also holds certifications from the Federal Communications Commission, including GMDSS Radio Operator/Maintainer with Ship Radar Endorsement, General Radiotelephone Operator with Ship Radar Endorsement, and Radiotelegraph Operator with Ship Radar Endorsement.

David Mortimer is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute. David has an Advanced Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. David also holds a Senior Project Manager Certification from Siemens.
