Jack Smith

Jack Smith has a diverse work experience, starting as a Co-Op Engineer at Washington Steel in 1992. Jack then moved on to roles at Delphi Automotive Systems, first as an Engineering Intern in 1994 and later as a Project Engineer. In 1997, they joined PPG Industries as a Project Manager. From 2000 to 2016, Jack held various positions at PNC Financial Services Group, including Chief Information Officer for the Asset Management Group. Most recently, they served as the Chief Information Officer & President of Technology at Federated Hermes from 2016.

Jack Smith attended Center Area High School, followed by the University of Pittsburgh where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from 1990 to 1994. Jack then pursued a Master of Science in Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering at Youngstown State University from 1995 to 1997. Finally, they completed their education with an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business from 1997 to 2000.
