Joe Thompson

Joe Thompson is a versatile engineering leader currently serving as the Vice President of Federal Engineering at Federated Wireless, where they oversee the design and operation of Federal private wireless networks. Previously, Joe held the role of Senior Director of Embedded Systems at Federated Wireless, leading the development of embedded RF and software systems. Joe's extensive background includes founding Advanced Principles Group, Inc. and serving as its president, and holding various significant engineering leadership positions at Curtiss-Wright Defense Solutions, Objective Interface Systems, and Sanders, a Lockheed Martin Company. Joe earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University.
