Alex Ramos is an Enterprise Sales Engineering Leader with over 20 years of experience in SaaS companies, focusing on Customer Success and Experience. Currently serving as the Head of Presales at Federato, Alex previously held positions including Vice President, Solution Consulting at Workday and Sr. Director, Solution Consulting at ServiceNow, where significant growth and innovative strategies were implemented.
