Celeste Pylko has extensive experience in business operations and product management, currently serving in a Business Operations role at Federato since July 2024. Prior to this, Celeste held multiple positions at withco from February 2022 to April 2024, including roles in product development and asset management. Celeste's career also includes significant experience at Better from August 2019 to February 2022, where various responsibilities included team leadership and resource coordination in mortgage operations. Earlier roles at Roofstock and Opendoor focused on client relationship management and contract oversight. Celeste earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and briefly attended The London School of Economics and Political Science in 2016.
