Deb serves on the Advisory Board of Federato, bringing strategic insights to enhance AI and analytics in underwriting. Previously, Deb founded and led Strategy Meets Action, growing the business significantly before its acquisition by ReSource Pro. Deb held leadership roles at ICW Group as Chief Transformation Officer, at TowerGroup as VP of Insurance Research & Advisory Services, and as a Partner at KPMG LLP, where significant revenue growth and client management initiatives were undertaken. Deb holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire.
