Mitch Daniels

Mitch Daniels is a Principal Product Designer at Federato, with previous experience as a Principal Product Designer at Zinnia, where design leadership was provided for the operations hub 'Zinnia Live'. A Manager of Product Design at Policygenius prior to Zinnia's acquisition, Mitch also served as a Player-coach on the internal CRM project. Experience includes a managerial role at Teamworks, overseeing design efforts across five feature teams and creating a compliance solution for a large number of educational institutions. Earlier, Mitch worked as a Senior Product Designer at Viget, contributing to dashboard and reporting interface development while organizing company hackathons. Initial roles included analysis of design impact on brands while at LMI, where both an Analyst and Engineering Co-op position were held. Mitch holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
