Michele Gelati

Michele Gelati is a Plant Manager with over 15 years of experience in industrial operations, project management, and quality, health, safety, and environmental standards. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Plein Air International since 2020, Michele oversees logistics, supply chain, and personnel management. Previously, they worked as a Senior Drilling Supervisor and Rigless Superintendent at Eni, and as a Site Manager at Air Liquide, where they managed gas filling installations and monitored production KPIs. Michele is also actively involved in the National Coordination Group for Young Managers at Federmanager. They hold a degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Bologna.
