Aaron Hagan

Aaron Hagan is the President and Founder of Emerald Coast Interview Consulting and Staffing Solutions, providing interview preparation and staffing services for technical positions since February 2002. In parallel, Hagan serves as a 767 Captain for FedEx Express, a role held since January 2002. Additionally, Hagan contributed leadership as Chairman of the President's Committee for Cargo at the Airline Pilots Association from March 2013 to January 2014. Hagan's military experience includes serving as a Pilot Rated Aerospace Physiologist in the US Air Force, where responsibilities included teaching Human Performance and Aerospace physiology to over 2,000 students, and as an F-15 Pilot and Instructor Pilot for 15 years. Hagan’s initial flight instruction career began in the mid-1980s at Auburn University and LaGrange Aero Club. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management from Auburn University.
