Alexander Laytin

Lead Counsel

Alexander Laytin is the Lead Counsel for International Regulatory Affairs at FedEx, a position held since 2018. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an attorney with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in the Criminal Law Section of the Homeland Security Investigations Law Division. Earlier in their career, Laytin held various legal positions, including as a law clerk at the Department of Commerce and as an attorney at U.S. Customs and Border Protection. They earned a Master of Arts in Turkish Studies from Leiden University and a Doctor of Law degree in International Law from Case Western Reserve University.
