Angela Tillery

Angela Tillery, CCMP, SHRM-SCP, is a transformational leader specializing in talent and leadership development within organizations. Currently serving as Managing Director at FedEx, Angela cultivates a global learning culture and implements strategies supporting 500,000 employees. Previously, as Director of Learning & Development at FedEx Freight, Angela led talent development strategies for over 40,000 employees while promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives. Angela’s career began at Kraft Foods Group, where they managed significant customer revenue and facilitated diversity workshops. Angela is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Advertising Communications from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership at Colorado State University-Global Campus.
