Ann Barsby

Ann Barsby is a Senior Aviation Security Specialist at FedEx Express, where they have been since 2018. With a strong background in aviation and people development, they previously served as Operations Learning and Development Team Leader and Shift Manager at TNT from 2000 to 2006. Ann has played a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and updating of the National X-ray Competency Test (NXCT) system, collaborating closely with the Department for Transport and Quinetic’s, and currently manages this system. Additionally, they have been responsible for developing and updating training programs for DFT and IAA.
