Armanda's previous roles include Legal Counsel at TNT and Manager Legal Counsel at FedEx, along with a tenure as HR Employee Relations & Policy Manager at Beiersdorf. Armanda began their career as a Lawyer specializing in Employment Law at Stibbe Advocaten and later served as the Head of HR Employee Relations & Legal at CGI. Armanda holds a degree in Civil and Corporate Law from the University of Groningen and completed executive education in Women’s Leadership at the Yale School of Management.
