Ben Charles has extensive military aviation experience, having served in various leadership roles including Operations Officer at VFA-147 and Carrier Air Wing Eleven, as well as Fleet Project Team Chairman (N31) at CSFWP. Notably, Ben is a co-founder and President of the NAS Lemoore Aviator Memorial Association, dedicated to honoring fallen aviators. With a background as an F/A-18 Instructor Pilot and Department Head across multiple squadrons, Ben's career transitioned to the civilian sector as a First Officer with FedEx Express. Ben holds a Master of Business Administration from the Naval Postgraduate School and a degree in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
