Benjamin Hinz

Benjamin Hinz is an accomplished aviation professional with extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a First Officer at FedEx since June 2019, Benjamin previously held a First Officer position at SkyWest Airlines from August 2018 to June 2019. Prior to these roles, Benjamin worked in strategic initiatives at Maximum Solutions and as a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where both tenures contributed to a solid foundation in business strategy. Notably, Benjamin served in the United States Marine Corps for nearly a decade, where responsibilities included training and evaluating military aviators as an F/A-18 Instructor Pilot. Benjamin holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Colorado Boulder.
