Bill Kluttz has extensive experience in military aviation and logistics, having served in various roles in the US Navy from 2009 to 2015. As Department Head for Fleet Logistics Support Squadron Three Zero (VRC-30), Bill managed 270 personnel and led maintenance for 17 C-2A Greyhound aircraft, achieving significant safety milestones. Further responsibilities as Commanding Officer of Fleet Logistics Support Squadron Four Zero (VRC-40) included overseeing over 400 personnel and a $25M+ budget in support of East Coast aircraft carriers. Bill’s contributions extended to the Office of the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, where deployment planning for over 21,000 service members was executed. Transitioning to the civilian sector, Bill served as a pilot for United Airlines and currently pilots the Boeing 767 for FedEx Express. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree from the U.S. Naval War College and Joint Professional Military Education credentials.
