Bo Svendsen

Bo Svendsen has extensive experience in quality and service assurance, currently serving as the Manager of Quality & Service Assurance at FedEx since October 2021. Prior to this role, Svendsen spent over three decades at TNT Express, holding several positions including Service Quality Manager, Quality Assurance, Import Supervisor, and Import Clerk. Earlier in the career at XP Express, Svendsen worked as an Import Specialist and Delivery Driver, building a strong foundation in logistics and operations management.
