Bo White

Bo White is an experienced tax attorney currently serving as the Lead Tax Counsel at FedEx since November 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the State and Local Tax legal team and leading litigation efforts. Prior to this role, Bo held positions including Senior Tax Counsel at FedEx and State and Local Tax Senior Consultant at DuPont, where significant contributions included managing large multistate tax audits and coordinating litigation with external counsel. Additional experience encompasses leadership roles in state and local tax at Citrin Cooperman and KPMG, along with a foundation in law as an Associate Attorney at Mitchell, McNutt & Sams and a Tax Senior Associate at Ernst & Young. Bo holds an LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida, a JD from the University of Mississippi School of Law, and a B.B.A. in International Business from the University of Mississippi.
