Brandon Waits

Brandon Waits currently serves as Vice President - Human Resources and Head of Global Total Rewards at FedEx since August 2023, and has held the position of Vice President, Human Resources (CHRO) for FedEx Office since September 2014, providing strategic leadership for HR and Corporate Communications. Prior experience includes roles as Managing Director for Human Resources - Total Rewards & HR Systems, and Managing Director for Talent Development & Inclusion at FedEx Office, overseeing compensation, benefits, HR systems, and talent development for a substantial workforce.
